Down With The Sickness

As in, the sickness is bringing me down.

• Sore Throat
• Nasty Cough
• Runny Nose
• Stuffy Nose
• Ear Pressure
• Head Ache
• Exhaustion

I think that covers it all. Nurse Jackie, any suggestions?

I’ve been sick like this since Thursday and the sickness has no sign of slowing down. I’ve been taking Robitussin Cough and Cold which does okay. Benadryl Allergy does, too, but it knocks me on my batootie so I’m out for the count and then some. Neither help the headache, though. Can I take ibuprofen with these other meds or no?

What’s worse is that I didn’t call the doctor soon enough this morning so I don’t get an appointment until tomorrow afternoon. Unless of course a fever develops or my cough worsens. And I have to take unpaid leave from work. 😦

This is a pitty party for one, folks. Don’t let me drag you down, too!

I’m going to be getting through the day by sleeping and looking for my new home on Sotheby’s Realty.

Oh, and did I mention tomorrow is my birthday?!
